Mrs. Bowman - Principal
Mrs. Bowman    Mrs. Bowman graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Central Florida and completed her Masters in Educational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University. She started her career in education in 1992 teaching mathematics at Eau Gallie High School. She transferred to Merritt Island High School and taught there until 2001 when she was promoted to Dean/Assistant Principal at Melbourne High School. Prior to her appointment as Principal of Jefferson Middle School, Mrs. Bowman was the Assistant Principal at Kennedy Middle School. She was selected as the Brevard County Middle School Assistant Principal of the Year for 2005-06 and was named a recipient of the 2006 Assistant Principal Achievement Award for her outstanding contribution to her school and community.
 
Mr. Kirk - Assistant Principal/Curriculum
  Mr. Kirk was educated in Brevard County , having attended Hoover Jr. High School and Melbourne High School.  He received the degrees of Bachelor of Arts in History and Bachelor of Science in Social Science Education from Florida State University .  He received the degree Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.  Mr. Kirk taught history at the middle and high school level for seven years prior to his promotion to Dean/Assistant Principal at Central Middle School in 2004.  During the years 2005-2008 Mr. Kirk was recognized as one of the top ranked administrators in Brevard County by the Brevard Federation of Teachers.  He enjoys working with teachers, students, and parents to help students reach their full potential.
 
Mrs.Scheuerer - Assistant Principal/Dean

Mrs. Scheuerer  is a lifelong resident of Brevard County. She is a graduate of Merritt Island High School and attended Jefferson Junior High. She received her Bachelor's of Arts degree from Marshall University and her Master's of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University. Mrs. Scheuerer taught science for 14 years and served as dept. chair and team leader. She has worked as an administrator with high school and middle school students for 11 years.  She has an open door policy and is available to every student to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
