Students registering for the first time at Jefferson will need to have the following:

1. Two proofs of residency showing that the student lives on Merritt Island. This can be a contract for your home sale or rental agreement, a utility bill (cable, water, electric, etc.) or
your car registration. We can not accept a driver's license as proof of residency.

2. A report card or transcript showing the student's current grade and class status.

3. An Immunization record showing a tetanus booster in the last five years, and showing that the student has started the Hepatitus B vaccine series.

4. The student's birth certificate and social security number.

5. ESE records including IEP and Psychological Report if the student is eligible for ESE services.
